RESULTS - Using Occulus, we were able to isolate and reveal key issues in sales strategies.

  • The owner of an OEM manufacturer had experienced several years of stalled growth; with their previous year’s revenue down 20% from their trend
  • Business success was being compromised by ineffective organizational structure, undefined sales methodologies poor sales management leadership
  • Sales forecasts were dismal and unreliable. Using Occulus, within one month, we were able to predict, within a 10% variance, properly executed sales forecasts. 
  • We identified key areas of sales weaknesses and were able to train and coach in these categories. Key areas included understanding compelling events that drove large deals, understanding the impact of internal competition (ie the status quo), identifying customer decision trees.
